Terms of Use — Padel Battle

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Padel Battle mobile application (the "App") developed by Ihor Urbanskyi ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to organise padel tournaments and track player ratings within your group.

You agree not to:

use the App for any unlawful purpose;
attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to design, graphics, and code, are the property of Ihor Urbanskyi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your personal device in accordance with these Terms.

3. Local Data

All data you enter into the App (including player names, tournament results, and settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, App uninstallation, or any other cause.

We recommend making regular backups of your device if the data stored in the App is important to you.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ihor Urbanskyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics on Android). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
